I've recently experienced a smoothie fascination.  Usually I just put whatever fruit we have plus plain yogurt or milk in it, but I was looking for some other recipes and found a good one.  Unfortunately, I have neither cranberry juice, nor pomegranate juice, nor limes, nor club soda. 

Pomegranate/Cranberry Smoothie

3 cups chilled unsweetened cranberry juice
3/4 cup chilled pomegranate juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
6 packets of no-calorie sweetener
3 cups chilled club soda

I usually, however, think recipes for smoothies are stupid.  Just the name pretty much sums it up.  Banana cinnamon, banana coconut cinnamon, peanut banana, etc.
